Virtual & face to face Birth, Postnatal & HypnoBirthing support throughout COVID-19
This is my beautiful family and my inspiration for all that I do.
I loved being Pregnant and really looked forward to Birth & Motherhood and I had all three of my children in the Ulster Hospital in Belfast.
My first Birth was a Natural Birth at 40+4 and after having a wonderful pregnancy, unfortunately my labour deviated from my hopes due to a problem with my pelvis. However with Active Birth Positions, Breathing Techniques and HypnoBirthing, little Seth arrived into the world healthy and happy, weighing 8lbs 7ozs.
Despite being so far from what I would have though was my ideal Birth, I decided on two planned cesareans for my next two Births due to ongoing problems with my pelvis. I'm not going to lie, I was petrified with the first but using my Breathing Techniques and HypnoBirthing I had another Positive Birth and we got to meet Eli one week early and he weighed 8lbs 6ozs.
For Birth number three, I decided I wanted a Gentle Cesarean at 40 weeks and this truly was my most Empowered Birth. I had delayed cord clamping, skin to skin and Gracie was welcomed into the world weighing 9lbs 13ozs.
Birth is Birth regardless of the type of Birth that you have and there is so many positives steps we can put in place so that you can look forward to your Birth with positive expectations.
